What methods of payment do you accept?

  • Payment by Credit Cards
    We accept VISA, MasterCard or American Express via our website. If you prefer to pay by credit card but not enter this information online then you phone in your credit card information by calling (613) 266-4597. At the time your order is placed your credit card will be billed for the total order amount, which includes the price(s) of the product(s), shipping charges and tax (where applicable).

  • Payment by PayPal
    PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.

  • Payment by Cheque
    You may pay for your order by cheque if your account is from Canada (sorry no international cheques accepted at this time). Orders will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared.

    Sugardaddy must receive your payment within 10 business days or your order will be cancelled. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing after Sugardaddy receives your payment.

I just placed my order with Sugardaddy. How do I know you received it?
When we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

How long do I have to wait to receive my Sugardaddy purchase?
Sugardaddy ships out items within five business days, if the item is in stock. However, if the designer has noted on their items that it may take longer to fill an order, then your item will usually be shipped within two weeks. Please check availability for each product. Actual delivery time of any Sugardaddy order will depend on the method of delivery and final destination. We confirm this information via email when you order.

Do you backorder items?
Yes. From time to time, Sugardaddy runs out of popular items from the designers. Typically, there is a quick turnaround on backfills and we will notify you via email the ETA on the item.

Do you ship outside of Canada?
Shipping outside of Canada also available. Please contact sales@sugardaddyshop.ca for additional costs.

How do you ship items?
Sugardaddy uses Canada Post Express Post or standardized courier shipping methods that make our items insurable and traceable. As a result, it costs a little more than regular mail. But this also means that your order gets to you much faster and allows us to confirm it got to you as the shipper promised.

Cancellations

From the time of purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel the order. For any reason. Send an email to sales@sugardaddyshop.ca with your order details. Please note that an order is not cancelled unless you receive confirmation from Sugardaddy. After 24 hours from the time of order, you will be issued a Sugardaddy credit, to be used within 6 months.

Returns

Sugardaddy knows that sometimes, things just don't work out. Whether you changed your mind, it didn't look like you thought it would, or it doesn't fit; we hear you.

Sugardaddy wants you to love your purchase and we stand behind our products 100%. If there is a product defect, Sugardaddy will have the item replaced at no cost to you. If you suffer from buyer's remorse, that is another issue. You may return items to Sugardaddy for exchange or Sugardaddy credit within 15 days of receiving said item. Please note that purchasers are responsible for returning items to Sugardaddy at their own cost and there will be a $5 restocking fee applied.

All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization (RA) number to be issued. Contact Sugardaddy within fifteen (15) days of receiving the purchased item, to receive an RA number prior to returning any items.

All items returned to us must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. Sugardaddy reserves the right to determine whether or not an item returned is in its unused original condition.

Items must be sent back to Sugardaddy via an insured method such as FedEx or UPS with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for the original and return shipping charges on all returns and exchanges. We do not accept any returns via COD.

Sometimes shipping can be treacherous. That's why Sugardaddy uses insured and traceable shipping methods. If your item(s) arrive on your doorstep in unacceptable condition due to shipping damage, let us know within 24 hours of receipt. Sugardaddy cannot give returns or exchanges for items lost or damaged during original or return shipping - this is covered by the courier's insurance policy. If an item is damaged during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to notify Sugardaddy and the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt of the item. All returned items must be sent back via insured methods such as UPS, Airborne Express, FedEx, or USPS Insured.

Sugardaddy cannot give returns or exchanges on custom made, engraved or personalized items.

All purchases of sale and clearance items are FINAL.
